Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, we send you a tracking link by email and SMS. Tap the link anytime to see exactly where your parcel is.
How to track
- Check your email or SMS for the message titled “Your order is on the way.” It contains your courier name and tracking link.
- Order status page: open your order confirmation email and tap View your order to see the latest status.
- No tracking yet? Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Tracking appears once your parcel is picked up by the courier.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
